再問一個簡單問題： prevailing wage 的要求問題， 謝謝8老師回答

“your employer is willing and able to prove the ability to pay you EB-2 salary when you file PERM.”

是指在申請PERM的時候你的paycheck要達到prevailing wage的最低（或者和職位相符的prevailing wage 級別）要求？

 

還是說PD current的時候沒達到是不是一定辦不下來綠卡？
