It is hard to be qualified for I485/I140 as an Extrodinary Alien. Your field is the worst field, do you know how many people laid off from Nortel, Lucent and Cisco in the past 3 years?
a leading role in a IT department of a bank, this position is too soft.

BTW, you cannot work as AS until I485 has been filed for 180days.
