請教八老師，皮匠老師或版內大俠, H1B有gap， 重新找到工作後辦H1B transfer，pay stub 要至少幾周之內才行？

 

如果pay stub是四周前的，是否有可能辦H1B transfer被拒？

-Most likely it will be fine. If the H1 approval has no I-94, just go outside US to get the H1 visa to activate your H1 status. If it has I-94, nothing needed to do and just work continually.
