剛接到移民體檢醫生電話，說接種水痘疫苗必須等第2針完事後才給體檢結果（4周後，1月末），在國內已接種有記錄，但抽血化驗沒有抗體，醫生說必須打，醫生說的對嗎？

等4周後近1月末怕過了排期，主申請人體檢完事，我們是等還是先遞，不知怎辦，請老師給建議。

-主申請人 can file his/her I-485 first now and then, after getting the I-485 filing receipt, the dependents can file their I-485s later. If the dependents file their I-485 together with the 主申請人 now, but do not provide the physical exam report (I-693), USCIS will send you RFE later for this document.
