現為財務分析師, I-140 已批，I-485排期未到，用H1B已經工作8年了。欲在同一公司內換為成本會計。

請問還可以用原來的I-140去申請新的3年H1B嗎？

-Yes.

PERM， I-140要重新辦嗎？

-Technically, yes, but practically you may not need to do anything because USCIS normally does not check it carefully. If they check it, your employer just say you will do the "財務分析師" again after you get the green card and then, you will be OK.
