我的情況是，我本身是碩士，在A公司工作了5年。A公司當時替我辦的是EB3，PD是2009年一月份。我現在想重新找一份工作辦EB2, roll over我A公司替我辦EB3的PD（2009年一月份），但是擔心A公司會在我離開後revoke那個PERM.有沒有這種情況？望不吝賜教
-The revoke does not affect you to use the EB3 PD as long as the Eb3 I-140 was approved and you did not have any fraud in the I-140 filing. You had better have a copy of the Eb3 I-140 approval notice for future PD transfer (or receipt or at least the I-140 receipt#).
