問題:

1. 給哥辦的話, 嫂子以什麽身份過來? 她的移民一起下來, 還是得我哥移來後再想辦法給她辦? 多長時間她能來?

2. 現在排期12年, 到時候我哥都57歲了, 他是大學畢業,但英語現在挺臭, 嫂子英語0, 能自己生活嗎? 有人這麽老才移民能自立的嗎?

-Very hard and I don't see anything good for them to immigrate to US unless there is any reason out of my mind.

3. 等排期這12年, 不能申請任何非移民簽證是嗎?

-Your 嫂子 has no problem, but your brother may be affected.

4. 申請成功的幾率有多大?

-Yes if your mother or you has the ability to support them financially.

申請會被因年齡問題拒絕嗎?

-Irrelevant.
