我辦過兄弟姐妹移民，130批準了，還不能遞485。但現在EB-2的可以交485了，在回答

Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?
填YES還是NO？

-Say "No". That means whether you have filed I-485 before. I-130 or I-140 filing means immigration visa petition, not permanent resident status application (I-485 filing). Just like you get the H1 visa in US Consulate, the H1 status means you get the H1 I-94.

律師說填YES，還讓附130的NOTICE，對嗎？對我495 申請有無影響？
