1.公證書是雙語的，要附上中文版的嗎?

2.主申請人要附上三個月個還是最近的一個月pay stubs？

3.副申請人的材料裏要附上主申請的pay stubs還是副申請人自己的pay stubs?

-Not need any.

4.副申請人的材料裏還要附上主申請人的I-140和H1B的複印件嗎？

-No. If the 副申請人 is not filed concurrently with 主申請人 I-485, need to include the copy of 主申請人 I-485 receipt.

5.婚姻公證是不是隻放在副申請人的材料裏嗎？

-Yes.

主申請人的材料裏不需要吧？

6.主申請人的材料裏已經附上三年的tax return, filed as joint, 副申請人的材料裏還要附上TAX RETURN 嗎？

7.護照換過了，以前護照的出入境記錄就不需要複印了吧

-If the visa for your last entry was in your new passport, not need the copy of old passport. Otherwise, need the copy of old one.
