My EB1-A based I485 has been pending for 9 months in TSC, i asked senator's help for a few times, USCIS always reply that my case is under background check, I am tired of their reply. What can i do to push them to work on my case. Thanks.
-No one can do anything for the backgound check because it is conducted by FBI.
