我的PD 1月份就到了， 但老婆目前不在美國。

因為一些私事， 短期也難回來。

想問一下關於485 filing的問題

1.) 我們是否可以分別file, 就是我先file, 然後等她回來再file.

-Yes.

2.) 如果1.)可以， 最遲時候， 我老婆必須file I485

-No time limit as long as your PD is still current.

3.)  是否file I-485的時候， 一定要求她在美國？

-Yes. If she will use H4 visa to come back, she need to return to US before your I-485 is approved.

     是否可以把我和她的I485和AP一起提交上去，

-No.

     然後她再用AP過來？
