回複：eb2 140Ref

請問一下，eb2 perm 140被ref了，140提交到ref通知花了8個月。現在由於拿到另外一個公司的offer,想等這個140批了後再走，希望盡快批。140提交的時候沒有PP.現在ref提交要不要PP?

-You can not do teh PP and response to the RFE at the same time.

不知道一般的Ref批的快不快？

-Case by case. Some may be approved in several days after you respond to the RFE, but some may take a couple of months.
