我目前人在中國，準備過兩天回美國。11月初回國前收到綠卡批準信件，但一直沒有收到綠卡，當時沒有在意，11月中旬就直接回國了。當時認為反正我目前還有有效的AP，
但今天工作單位說，綠卡被批準後就不能用AP入境，否則綠卡可能被取消。
-Not true! Only immigration court/judge can cancel your green car unless you had fraud in the green card application. It is fine for you to use AP to reenter US. Just tell the CBP officer at the port of entry that your I-485 was approved during your travel in China, then he/she will let you in and he/she may ask you to do deferred inspection at the local CBP Deferred Inspections Office. Not big deal, anyway.
