請教皮老師8老師, 我2007年8月file了EB3, PD是07年2月。我進了新公司後公司又幫我再辦了一個EB2, 現在perm批了，要報I-140. 律師說一般4個月批，我讓律師用premium filing, 律師說就算premium兩個禮拜批了，對我的485受理時間也沒有什麽幫助，還是要等。我不是很明白，我的PD是07年2月，現在EB2都處理到2009年1月了，為什麽file premium也沒有用呢。不是一批完就該link到我以前的485了嗎？
-The premium processing will make your I-485 approval faster a little bit. Because your I-485 probably has been pre-approved, If your EB2 I-140 is approved, your PD will be currrent by using the Eb3 PD, thus, your I-485 may be approved very soon. Of course, if you do not use premium processing, you may only delay I-485 approval several months (not big deal). So, if you do not need green card very urgent (e.g. your H1 status has no problem), you may not need to waste money to use premium processing.
By the way, after you get the Eb2 I-140 receipt, you can do the I-485 relink from EB3 I-140 to the EB2 I-140 (not need to wait for the Eb2 I-1`40 approval).
