家母病危，485/131pending,能否持有效TN（明年2月到期）回美？

律師警告說如果485/131pending期間出境，就放棄了485申請。

-The lawyer is right. YOU may just go to the USCIS local office to apply for the emergency AP (you can get it in a few hours). Bring your I-485 receipt and I-131 receipt, you passport and the emergency evidence such as DR.' letter (fax, email scanning, etc.) inidcating your mother illness. Translate it into English by your friend or yourself.
