以前LG申請PERM得時候，position 的title是ratemaker analyst（ratemaker是他們用的一個軟件係統的名字），律師說這個title太稀有了，移民局搞不懂，和HR商量後就換成Marketing Analyst
不知道當時為什麽寫marketing analyst，他做的東西跟marketing沒有關係，可能HR和律師交流上有點問題
後來他們公司又把ratemaker analyst統一換成了'business analyst'，
做的東西這幾年都一樣,
現在的問題是，開 Employment Letter的時候，應該寫 marketing analyst還是寫business analyst?
-What is the job title in the PERM approval (Labor Certificate) and in the I-140? The job title in the employment letter should be consisent with that in the PERM/I-140. Because the I-140 has been approved, USCIS does not care whether they understand the job title in the employment letter. As long as it is consistent, that will be OK.
還有填G325-A，是填 marketing analyst還是填business analyst?
-I-485 and G-325A do not need jon title, but only need specific occupation such as Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering, teaching, etc. So, just put an occupation (area) which your spouse is currently works in. Please note that occupation is not equal to job title such as Market analysit, Software engineer, Professsor, etc.
填marketing analyst是不是會有做假嫌疑而惹來麻煩？？
