1。我LG Current了，我準備跟著他file 485，我自己公司也幫我辦了PERM, 140，PD是06/2010，這次我需要提供自己的140的I797嗎？

2。I-94卡要複印both sides，我們因為來了之後都沒有回去過，幾個I-94卡後麵都是空白的，有一個I-94卡原件還找不到了，倒是有這個I-94卡前麵的copy，I-94卡後麵都一樣嗎？我能用其他的I-94卡後麵的copy嗎？

3。我們換過護照，需要也提供老護照的copy嗎？
-Because you never went to China after you entered US, your old passport contained the visa stamp. So, you need to provide the information pages of both your new and old passports.
4。我LG OPT approval letter找不到了，倒是有OPT Card，問題大嗎？
-the OPT EAD copy is fine.
5. 如果我們拿到EAD/AP，我如果用AP回國一趟，我的H1B還有效嗎？
-Your status will be parolee and then AOS, but you still can work for the employer without using EAD. After you renew the H1, your status will be H1 again. So, using AP is not different that much from using H1 visa.
我的理解是用了EAD，H1B就無效了，但是不知道用了AP是不是也一樣，網上說法很多,不知道哪個正確
