You also need to indicate your working address is your home address in the LCA application. Get the prevail wage determination (PWD) based on your home address. You can put up to three working addresses in the LCA application with the corrresponding PWDs. So, you may also put your company address as your working location besides your home working location so that you can work at the company loction if necessary and then, not need to do the H1 amendment in this case.
By the way, the I-129 Form contains different employment types such as L-1, O-1, etc. You only need to complete and print out the contents related to H-1B and provide it to USCIS.
