485 FRE 再求建議

這是我的485 RFE.

1.       The documentation submitted with your application and/or a review of service records indicated that you no longer reside in the same state or geographical locations as the underlying form I-140 immigrant visa petitioner and/or the job location specified by your intended permanent employer.

 

Therefore, submit a currently dated letter from your original form I-140 employer which addresses this discrepancy. The letter should also indicate whether the terms and the conditions of your employment-based visa petition or labor certification continue to exist.

2.       Please submit proof of your continuous employment authorization in the US from April 28 2011 to the present. such evidence may include copies of:

Employment authorization document granted;

form 797 approval notice, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized non-immigrant classification (這是什麽);

copies of form I-94 arrival/departural records showing you were admited into the US in employment authorized nonimmigrant status (是指H1B嗎?) 我這段時間沒有工卡, 有影響嗎?

我從2010年二月份就沒有在原學校工作了， 但是工卡是2011年4月份過期， 現在正在和原來老板聯係， 看能不能讓我回去工作兩個月。我離開學校後到加拿大工作， 把通信地址改到同學家了, 我可以說我從2010年後主要出國旅行和照顧家庭， 沒有工作， 但是現在又回到原來學校工作了，485 還有希望嗎？萬分感謝！！
