當時忘了延期,過了deadline才延的,舊797的有效日期到12/14/2010, 新的797上有效期從02/28/2011才開始,這樣會不會有麻煩?

-Fine. It seems you went to China or another country to get the H1 visa using the I-797B to come back, right? If so, only need to provide the copy of the I-797B, not need to provide the I-797A (for old H1). Also, only need to provide the copy of the I-94 since your last entry (you got at the port of entry).
