我的485pending, H1B在12月31日過期，EAD已批準。現在要從新申請H1B，HR的人說要
LCA（7天），最早H1B能在1月3日寄出，這樣新的H1B需要回國簽。
不知用EAD的風險，特來請教是用EAD還是準備回國簽證？謝謝。。

-Just do the H1 extension and if the H1 approval notice has no I-94 due to the delay filing, you just use the EAD and then, go to China to get the H1 visa in the future any time at your convenience.
