請教老師，about 485 agent check

我的485是EB1A, 今天5月file的， PD 是去年底的

10月，第一次做SR回複說 is waiting for an officer to final reviews

這個月第二次SR,回複我們說 these I-485 applications have received review by an officer.  Unfortunately, that officer was unable to make a final decision on them because the agency checks have not been completed. 

我徹底暈了

問題是

1）這個agent check 就是background check 嗎？

2）FBI有電話可以查詢我們的agent check是否clear嗎？

3）第一個SR是否意味著我們背景檢查已經結束，為什麽被一個an officer review之後又不clear呢？
