1 需要遞稅表嗎，幾年？

2 工資單遞幾個月的？

-If your I-485 is filed based on I-140, not need 稅表 and 工資單.

3 我有03，05年分別在中國獲得的簽證，分別在兩本護照上（現都是舊護照），這兩本舊護照都需要複印嗎？

-Only copy the passport which contains the visa for your last entry and your current new passport.

在美國境內調整申份的I-797,I-94卡從哪一年開始複印遞交？

-Only need to provide the copies of I-797s and I-94s since your last entry to US.
