糊塗了。難道我根本就沒有I797A? 但是我有H1B生效的日期啊?
8大師：我怎麽知道是信件丟了沒有收到I797A， 還是根本移民局就隻給了我I797C，要求我使館簽?
-As I said before, you just bring your I-797C (had better original one, not photocopy) to apply for the H1 visa to come back and just show your I-797C to the CBP officer at the port of entry to get your new H1 I-94 when you return to US using the neww H1 visa. The I-797C has the same function as the I-797A in this matter because these two have exact the same words (copy each other). Also the US Consulate in China can find all of your H1 approval information in their system. So, don't worry.
還有，預約使館電話的時候，好像他們要I797A的。我真的要告訴他們信丟了，還是
出示I797C的原件就行了.
