巴老師太謝謝你了，這麽耐心，你最後那句話我沒看懂，PWD approved，為什麽H1 的petition還不會成功，我現在知道的是如果勞工部說我符合level 1 wage，我就可以申請H1，如果說我是level 3 wage就不會成功。
-H1 petition is approved by USCIS and you must get paid at the PW level determined by the DOL. If the DOL approve your PW at level 3, and you get paid at level 1, that is violation of H1 rule and thus, USCIS will not approve your H1. But if DOL approve your PW at level 1 and you get paid at level 1, your H1 will be approved. Whether you should get paid at level 1 or level 3 is decided by the job code which is based on your job title and duties.
