因一些家庭瑣事和孩子爸爸於去年夏天在國內辦了離婚手續，同時孩子爸爸也海歸了。但一直在聯係，也知道感情基礎在那裏，複婚是遲早的事，但因為分居兩國，複婚的手續一直沒辦。
最近發現這兩個月485 的排期進展迅速，按現在的速度，應該2012年2月就會排到。現在的問題是如何盡快複婚把孩子爸爸的綠卡也一並申請下來（他現在人在中國，在國內工作）。
1. 我必須回國辦複婚嗎？
-Yes or he enters US to re-marry you in US.
如果暫時實在走不開呢？可以通過使館辦委托公證嗎？
-Don't think so. 複婚 = new marriage, techincally, so both have to show at the same time to get the certificate.
2. 還是孩子爸爸得過來一趟？
-Fine.
但現在的問題是他現在申請簽證至少得2-3個月，不見得來得及吧。而且我今年夏天進行H1B RENEW 的時候，他的名字也不在上麵，所以他現在要入境還沒辦法以H4的身份入境。
-Before you re-marry him, he can not be H4 and can not get the H4 visa.
那如果即使他能順利簽探親簽證來美國，然後我們在美國辦複婚，
-He may try B2 to enter US.
他的H4 簽證大概也得一些時日，不見得趕得上吧。
3. 如果趕不上或者來不及，我485排到以後，能推遲遞材料或推遲麵談嗎？
還是必須排到就遞材料？
-Not need to file your I-485 if you do not want to. YOu can file your I-485 any time in the future as long as the排期 is still current (not retreat).
另外，您有什麽建議能順利把孩子爸爸的綠卡一並辦下來？
-Remarry him either in China or in US before your I-485 is approved (had better marry him before you file your I-485 because you can not control the I-485 approval), then he can file his I-485 any time in the future when PD is current even if you get your green card.
