1)J1轉H4是需要在中國的吧,能不能在美國境內直接轉呢?

-Normally, no. Unless you get the j1 waiver, you can not change your J1 to any non-immigration status within US, and have to go outside US to get the visa such as F1, B2, H4, etc. (not H1 or L1 visa applicable until you get the J1 waiver).

2)我還是想先試試豁免J1,那末一旦開始豁免J1了,還能隨時轉換成H4的身份嗎?比如到明年9月份J1豁免沒有下來,我那時再轉H4,還可以嗎?謝謝!!!
