我485pending 110天，layoff不得不換工作，如果在70天內收到RFE，我可以用交485的時候要公司開的EVL去回嗎，

而不是用最近日期的。因為當時辦父母簽證，找公司HR辦了一份EVL。

- If you still work in the same company at a different location, and the comppany does not want to do it, the lawyer can not do anything. If the company agree to file a new PERM, that is good for you because your old I-485 will not be affected by this new PERM/I-140, anyway.

還有，如果在170的時候收到RFE，我可以拖10天，然後用新公司的EVL claim AC21，還是這180天是算到RFE的那一天。
