我想問一下，打廣告的時候必須寫出來工資是多少嗎？

如果能跟老板商量暫時把工資提上去，可行嗎？
-Yes, but you had better be paid until your I-485 is approved (may just take several months to one year because your PD is current). After you get the green card, you are safe even if your salary is lower.
還是說隻要老板能夠寫信證明到485批準的時候，我的工資能達到，就可以了？
-I don't think it will work because your salary is the most important evidence that the employer has the ability to pay though the prevail wage for PERM should be paid after you get the green card, technically.
