可是直到現在還沒收到回美證，上網查了進程狀態，一直停留在initial interview的狀態，這種情況正常嗎？是否代表我的申請出現了什麽問題，還是他們把我的申請弄丟了？

-I think 回美證 means reentry permit (RP) in your case (you are a green card holder), right? It is very normal in your case. Normally you need 3 months or more to get the reentry permit (RP), but you can go to China after you do the biometrics, not need to wait for the RP approval.
