我和公民結婚， 現申請green card

For Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. Should Include:
Two photographs
Copy My passport identity page.
Copy of Form I-94, I-20s, EDA (OPT).
Marriage Certificate

A letter explaining why I need to travel outside of U.S.(Should IHave this one?)
