回複：請問，副申請人參加過美安（Market American），是否影響I-485 申請 ?

Market American 是個 group internet retail business。 幾年前，損失報在了稅表上。

-Did anyone pay you and then send you Form 1099 or W2? If yes, USCIS may find it and consider that you were involved employment and if this business continued > 180 day, your I-485 may be affected . If no or if  this business lasted < 180 days, your I-485 will not be affected.

如果有影響，有辦法補救嗎？謝謝
