另一個情況：
PHD在小公司做產品研發。
問題是：小公司做產品研發可以有資格走EB１嗎？ 如果技術可行的話公司會支持。

-If you want to apply for EB-1B, the company has to have a research team with at least 3 full-time researchers and also the team have had significant achievements in their research. Thus, the company can be qualifed for the Eb1-B sponsor.
