Quebec- a good idea?

I intend to immigrate to Quebec as skilled worker. The online evaluation gave me a pass.
I have a couple of questions.

1. How long is it going to take?
2. Is it easy than federal immigration?
3. My job relates to business administration, is it possible to get a job there?
4. I do not speak French at all, will it be a big problem? I disclosed this fact in the online evaluation,though.
