接著樓主的話題再問863211老師一個問題，我的情況跟樓主一樣， 自己和老婆各自申請自己的EB2綠卡，雙保險。
我的485月初批了，（就是還沒受到綠卡）剛剛給老婆交了485--FOLLOW TO JOIN類型的申請，今天受到移民局的信，RECEIPT NOTICE，並給了一個A number, 並給了一個PRIORITY DATE，這個日期是當初老婆自己perm的日期，（08年中期的）。

請問這是應該這樣的嗎？ 還是她的PRIORITY DATE是我的CASE的日期（07年7月）。
-The priority date should be the same as yours. But it does not matter because USCIS knows her I-485 is based on your green card as long as she selected "b." in the Part 2 Application Type of the I-485. She can contact USCIS after 4 to 6 months for the status.
