about 693 form, Pijiang and 8 teacher, please help, thanks

TB test positive 10mm, x-ray normal. But Doctor selected : class B latent TB infection,

and remark: in US < 3 years.

I worry about that, need to try another doctor?

 Please give me any suggestion. Thank you so much
