請問老師們，

媽媽９月來美國， 現在１２月申請綠卡會不會太晚了？

-Fine. There is never 太晚 for your mother to apply for the green card.

如果簽證到期（３月初２０１２年），綠卡還沒批，那媽媽在美國的身份是否合法？

-Yes.

另外我入籍時改了名字， 怎麽提供法庭證明？
-Does your passport/US citizenship certificate have both your old name and new name? If yes, a copy of the passport or the Citizenship certificate is OK. If no, you may go to your local court to get the certificate.

我自己原來開的出生公證（１０年前的）上還是原來的名字。 是否要從新做一個？
-Not need.
