我換工作，現有2個offer，第一個offer已經給我了，第二個offer正在等待中，口頭答
應給我了，但是因為對方的原因可能需要等待2周左右，當然，沒拿到手肯定不能100%
保證就一定成。從我本身來說，我想去第二個offer的地方。但是第一個offer的單位已
經要求給我辦理H1B的transfer了。

現在我的問題是：如果第一個offer的單位在給我辦理H1B transfer的過程中，第二個
offer拿到了，而且我也打算去，那麽，我是否可以拒絕第一個單位？此時我的H1B應該
正在USCIS的transfer過程中，會不會出現麻煩？如果有問題，我應該怎麽操作才能避
免？

-Techinically, the two H1 transfer petitions are irrelevant each other, but you had better make your mind to select one employer and ask another not waste their money to file the H1 petition if you do not plan to work for him because the H1 petition cost is very high (including the lawyer fee).
