Can you tell us about your wife's status histry? Has she been to China after she was a H4 holder?  Does her I-20 mean she was an F1 student before 2/1/2005? Did she change her F1 to F2 after her I-20 expired?  When did she file her change of status from F1 or F2 to H4?
