我先生首次持移民簽證入境，但是這次隻能在美國呆20天。

1。他想在一年左右再過來，如果現在不辦返美證，我到時候把綠卡寄給他，再過十個月或者十一個月還能不能持綠卡入境？會不會被沒收？

-It is fine if he just does it for one time.

2。如果辦返美證，20天時間是不是太倉促了？

-Not need it this time and just return to US in one year using the green card..

3。返美證可以辦幾次？

-No limitation, but you have to have convincing reasons so that USCIS can approve your continual reentry permit applications. 

4。他其實是想兩邊跑，但是在國內帶的時間會比在國外長，有沒有一個兩全的辦法維持綠卡？

-No good way.
