thanks for your answer, that's the most simialr answer i guess. but the thing i could not believe is only took me 2.5 y to get it, i was told by lawyer it would cost at least 5 years. i am waiting to be citizen then can fast my wife coming.

during this period, my wife did not apply visa in china to visit here. she did not want to spend money and hope in vain.
as we knew, there is limitation for the total visa issue every year every country. so us put most visa to students & business.

Following to join has to be married before getting green card, but i did not.

If you have more info, could you send me link or explain little clearly about the issue?
I called lawyer, but not answer yet. before answer comes, i do like to know exactly meaning of the letter for my family.
