Can I send in I-129F application first, then provide the photos that showing us together later.
My thinking was this may save us time, since I heard currently there was at least six months processing time for k-1 visa.
My situation is I will not able to go to china until Feb. next year due to my work,and we want to get married earlier.
Is this right way to do? so I can send in application now, then I go to China say Feb 2012,
by May 2012 we can get approved. Otherwise, if we wait until Mar next year to sedn in application, than we have to wait at least Oct 2012.
