We are planning on a vocation from dec.15th to dec.25th, we didn't get the FP notice yet.
I am worrying if they sent us the notice during these time, and we didn't check the mails on time (no one check our mails during those time) and miss the appointment and without doing the reschedule, then what will happen?
-Your I-485 will be denied. So, ask someone to check your mail and reschedule it for you if USCIS send you the appointment notice during your travel.
they will cancel our I-485 application automatically, we have no chance to continue?? there are so many things to worry about during this process, I ma trying not to, but still etc. really sad.. Thanks.
