My Chinese visa expires 11/23 (the date printed on my passport). Does that include 11/23? Can I still enter on the 23rd? Or I have to enter on or before 22nd.

三、中國簽證的有效期、入境次數和停留期
（一）簽證的有效期(“Enter Before”)，係指簽證本身的有效期限，即自簽證頒發之日起到持證人可入境中國的截止日期（以北京時間為準）。如仍有未使用的入境次數，在有效期滿前（含當日），持證人均可入境。
（二）簽證的入境次數(“Entries”)，係指持證人在簽證有效期內可以進入中國國境的次數。
