回複：請教：可以取消給父母辦美國綠卡嗎？

母親因急事須回國，可是我已經遞交了1-130，上次詢問了一下，發現我母親在回美國的守候，很可能會被拒簽。

 想請教8老師或皮匠老師，可以取消給父母辦美國綠卡嗎？

-Yes, you can withdraw the I-130. But it will make no difference in your mother' B2 visa applciaiton no matter whether you withdraw the I-130 or not. My suggestion is that she may just try B2 visa. If it does not work, you may apply for the  immigration visa. So, you may not need to withdraw the I-130. Has your mother filed her I-485 yet?

-If you want to withdraw the I-130, you only can write to request USCIS to do that, not email/call.
