1. For continuing to finish my postdoc training which will be due Feb. 2013. My question is if I waive J1 now, can I still countinue to finish my training without applying my other visa?
-Yes.
2. I haven't sent my appication to Chinese consular yet, however, i got the letter from my hospital in China says I have no resolved issues with them. Should I start the process for the waive now since I have more than one year funding?

3. Even if I still hold a valid J1 visa, I can't use it reentry US during my pending J1 waive?
-I do not suggest you to use J1 visa to reenter US after you file J1 waiver.
