1.如果L1A簽證,想申請綠卡,現在本人提交1-140和1-485. 老婆和孩子是家屬隨從簽證,想一起申請綠卡,他們每個人也要填1-485就可以嗎.

-Yes. Each person need to file his/her own I-485. Send all the I-485s together in one envelop.

還需要填寫其它的表格嗎?

3,出生證明,在美國哪裏可以

-If you do not have original 出生證, you need to go to China to get the 出生公證 as most people do.
