想請問, 如果有個公司願意雇我, 但前提是我得要拿到執照, 如果他們願意寫一封信說明, 一旦我拿到執照, 他們就會offer 我那個position, 我可以用那個去申請h1transfer 嗎? 還是一定要等到我有執照了才能申請?
-The 執照 is irrelevant to H1 petition. As long as the employer agrees to hire you, they can file the H1 transfer petition for you no matter whether you have the 執照 or not, but the potition has required bachelor's degree or higher.
