當我申請臨時婚姻綠卡的時候,移民局把我的eb3申請轉到local office,說要合並審理,但是現在eb3的申請還是opened.

請問我需要主動撤消申請嗎?

-Not necessary. But not hurt you to send a letter to USCIS to cancel it.

會對綠卡有影響嗎?

-Not at all.

如果不撤消申請,移民局發現的話會取消我的綠卡嗎?

-Not at all. USCIS will cancel the EB3 case even if you do not ask them to do that because you have had your green card.
