謝謝回答，我有I-140 approval notice.

除了I-485,還有其他表格要填嗎？譬如說申請返美紙，工卡等？能不能在哪兒找到一個list，都要求有哪些材料？

-You need to file I-485, G-325A and I-693 (physical exam report from the Dr.), and option to file I-131 (for AP-返美紙) and I-765 (for EAD-工卡). Send all of these forms with the support documents together to the USCIS I-485 filing address.

    實在是不懂，本來合同寫好是律師辦的，現在律師退休了，真不知道怎麽弄。
